More than anything, we want you to know how much we appreciate you taking lessons through CHW Studios. We are always here should you choose to start lessons again. All you need to do is fill out the form below, and please feel free to answer the survey questions at the bottom - this is not required to withdraw, but we want to know if there’s anything we can do to make your experience better!
As outlined in the studio policies (chwstudios.com/policies), a one-month notice is required to discontinue any lessons. That means we’ll continue with our current month before the withdrawal officially takes place.
